$6,000,000 – settlement before trial in Richmond County. Our client feel from a scaffold at a construction site and, as a result, underwent multiple surgeries.

$3,750,000.00 – Settlement before trial in Bronx County by Partner Brett L. Kuller. Our client was riding a scooter when our client was struck by a commercial vehicle making a right turn. Due to the collision, our client had to under a cervical fusion.

$2,450,000 – Settlement During Trial in Queens County – Our client slipped and fell in her building during a rain storm where she injured her back. Due to the fall our client had to undergo multiple spine surgeries. Settlement was secured during trial.

$2,225,000 – Settlement during trial in excessive force case against the New York City Police Department. The New York City Police Department refused to offer one penny before trial.

$2,050,000—Verdict taken in Staten Island, NY (Richmond County) by Partner Brett Kuller. A Full trial was held. This cased involved a 6 year old girl who was left unattended at a private school and suffered a broken arm due to the negligence and recklessness of the staff. Partner Brett Kuller tried the case to verdict where an award was granted for the plaintiff.

$1,700,000 – Settlement for a junior mechanic who was struck by a tractor-trailer while at a red-light in Staten Island. Plaintiff underwent a cervical fusion and bi-lateral knee arthroscopic surgery.

$1,600,000 – Settlement for a 56 year old woman who was injured when she fell down a defective staircase at her place of employment. She injured her neck, back and ankle, and had to undergo surgery to her neck, back and ankle.

$1,500,000 – An 80-year-old woman fell twice in her NYCHA building due to a negligently maintained staircase. The case was settled on the morning that trial was to begin after a full jury was empaneled. She injured her spine and wrist and had to undergo surgery to repair both her spine and wrist.

$1,500,000 – A 45-year-old male was struck by a truck while crossing a Brooklyn street as a pedestrian. The man required a single-level discectomy to the cervical spine and surgery on his left shoulder due to the accident. Settled on the eve of the trial.

$1,225,000 – Settlement during trial in case against the New York City Transit Authority arising out of an accident where our client’s leg was injured by a New York City Transit Authority Bus.

$1,150,000 – Pedestrian knockdown in Brooklyn where the insurance company claimed our client ran into the middle of the street and was not in the cross-walk. Our client underwent a Lumbar Fusion at the young age of 29 years old. The case settled during trial.

$850,000 – Settlement for a 49-year-old male who was struck by a private bus in an intersection in Brooklyn while he was driving straight. The injured male injured his face, neck, and ankle. His face suffered a fracture due to the impact and had to undergo surgery to repair his spine.

$750,000 – Settlement in Westchester County – Our client tripped and fell over something that was sticking out of the concrete which caused him to suffer severe hip injuries. Case was settled during a mediation. Due to the clients injuries, our client underwent hip surgery.

$750,000 – Settlement on the eve of trial: Our client was a passenger in a vehicle who was struck by another vehicle who ran a stop sign. The accident took place in Richmond county. Insurance company claimed they would never pay on this case. Case settled on the eve of trial. The client underwent a arthroscopic surgery to their knee and a lumbar discectomy.

$595,000 – Jury verdict for a client injured in an automobile accident. The insurance company’s offer throughout trial was $16,000.

$590,000 – Settlement during trial in a motor vehicle accident case involving back injuries.  The insurance company refused to offer one penny before trial.  $250,000 was offered and rejected during jury selection.  We won a liability verdict, and the case settled during the damages trial. 

$500,000 – Settlement in Queens County Supreme Court by Partner Brett Kuller. Our client was on public transportation, specifically a City operated bus, when that bus was rear-ended. Due to the impact our client was pushed out of their seat and onto the bus floor. Client had to undergo surgery due to their injuries.

$400,000 – Settlement during jury selection for a girl who was injured when she fell down negligently maintained steps at her apartment.

$344,000 – Jury verdict in a case where our client was negligently supervised on a class trip and sustained a broken wrist.  The case proceeded to trial against the City of New York and the jury returned a favorable verdict for the client. 

$343,000 – Jury verdict in case where client was injured when she was struck by a vehicle in a cross-walk.  The client primarily had soft tissue injures and never underwent any surgery.  As a result, the highest offer before trial was $50,000.

$285,000 – Client tripped and fell on a sidewalk defect at Brooklyn College and injured her ankle.  Suit was filed against the State of New York in the Court of Claims.  Our research failed to disclose any case ever won against the State of New York involving a sidewalk defect.  We won a liability verdict and the case settled before the damages trial.
